Draft Terms

2026-10-03 · Public preview; purchases are not yet available. The legal seller, official checkout page and final commercial terms are still to be confirmed. This draft does not mean sales have begun.

Product and scope

TabEver helps users save, search and reopen browsed pages locally in their current Chrome browser. Free features include saving, searching, reopening and JSON backup/restore. Pro includes bookmark HTML import and Markdown context export. It does not provide cloud sync, hosted accounts, website blocking, parental locks or full-history recovery.

Use and data control

Use TabEver only in browsers and on devices you are authorised to use, and use pages and exported content lawfully. You are responsible for choosing what to save, reviewing exports and maintaining backups. Privacy and mature-content filters use limited local rules and may miss or misclassify content. Search rankings may also be inaccurate. Read the Privacy notice. Do not rely on this tool to assess health, safety or legal matters.

License and paid features

A one-time Pro license for the current major version is planned at US$19. The final price, currency, taxes and license scope will be shown before purchase. A license does not transfer ownership of the software or third-party content, or guarantee free upgrades to future paid major versions. Offline licenses are verified locally. Keep your license and backups safe.

Payment and delivery

Creem is the planned payment processor; no checkout is currently available. A successful payment is intended to provide a signed license that can be activated. Creem’s payment-service terms and applicable laws will also govern transactions it processes. Seller and delivery details will be published before sales begin.

Refunds and support

The proposed policy allows you to contact support to request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged by this draft. If sales launch, refunds are intended to be processed through Creem’s order channels. There are currently no official sales or customer orders.

Compatibility and changes

Support is planned for Chrome on macOS with WebGPU. Published release notes will define the official support scope. Browser updates, website changes, device performance and storage conditions can affect functionality. Back up before changing the extension ID, uninstalling or clearing extension data. Significant future feature or terms changes will be described in the relevant release or page.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, filtering, ranking, reopening and data recovery are not guaranteed to be error-free. Keep independent backups of important data. This notice does not exclude warranties, liabilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No unverified governing jurisdiction or dispute venue is specified before the legal seller and applicable terms are confirmed.

Contact and effective terms

Current product contact: brucehforai@gmail.com. A dedicated brand email address has not yet been configured. This draft is not a paid-license agreement until the legal seller, final terms and checkout are published.
